Larger vendors often encourage their customers to deal with a general service department. InterPro clients are directly serviced by our management team. Our leadership is deeply involved with each client, from the assessment phase, through implementation and ongoing in the relationship.
Client and Customer Service Process
To deliver excellent service, we need to proactively and thoroughly respond to any service issues that arise. We used our advanced document management system to systematically monitor performance level for clients. Whenever our clients contact us with a question or issue, we document the case from initial contact through resolution. Once the case is resolved, we fully communicate the results to our client and use the experience to improve our ongoing performance – all with the goal of providing superior customer service.
